Day 1: HuntFIT™ 30 Day Fitness Transformation Challenge

Day 1 Challenge: Eliminate added sugars. 

Tip: Just about EVERYTHING has added sugar.  Sticking with whole foods will help.  Don't worry about counting calories yet.  We will get to that soon.  For now focus on eating whole foods and eliminating added sugar.  

Day 1: Food examples
  • 2 eggs in the morning with bacon, and half an avocado.
  • Ham and cheese sandwich on keto bread with salami and mayo. 
  • Salmon filet, with steamed veggies.
  • Snacks: Roasted Peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Sugar free Jell-o with heavy whipping cream
  • Gatorade Zero

 You should be thinking about what exercises you want include in your own workouts and get in at least 30 mins of continuous physical exercise every day.


  • Walking
  • Running
  • Biking
  • Stretching
  • Light weight training
  • Swimming
