- Ham and cheese sandwich on keto bread with salami and mayo.
- Salmon filet, with steamed veggies.
- Snacks: Roasted Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Sugar free Jell-o with heavy whipping cream
- Gatorade Zero
- WATER WATER WATER
You should be thinking about what exercises you want include in your own workouts and get in at least 30 mins of continuous physical exercise every day.

- Stretching
- Light weight training
- Swimming
